Shipping & Returns
SHIPPING
We process and ship orders Monday-Friday. Lead time is approximately 1-2 business days.
Free shipping within the United States. International shipping costs depend on several factors - including your location and weight of the order - and will be provided on the checkout screen.
You will receive a shipping confirmation which will include the shipping method for your package and a tracking number.
Customer is responsible for tracking the package once the order has been processed and has left the studio.
If your order is ‘Returned to Sender’ due to an address mistake by the customer or neglect to pick up from carrier, customer will be responsible for costs of re-shipping.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
For international shipments we use a tracked service with one of our international couriers. We will send you a dispatch confirmation email along with tracking details as soon as your item(s) are dispatched.
We are unable to redirect orders once they have been dispatched. If delivery proves impossible or impractical on 2 or more occasions we may need to cancel your order and deduct the original delivery charges from the refund; however we will try to contact you in this case to arrange for a new order to be placed if required.
Please note that the shipping charge only includes delivery; therefore customers will be responsible for any import duties and taxes. The carrier will contact you via email or phone when the package arrives in your country.

RETURN POLICY
Flipbook Machine accepts returns for refund on merchandise in original condition within thirty (30) days of delivery of items.
Please contact us at info@flipbookmachine.com to request a return, exchange or merchandise credit.
Upon receiving returned items, Flipbook Machine will issue a full refund to the original payment method.
Flipbook Machine will provide shipping labels for all unused merchandise if returned within thirty (30) days of delivery (U.S. only).
Flipbook Machine will provide a return label free of charge. Using a Flipbook Machine label will avoid the hassle of going to the shipping store. Please post package within 5 days of receiving the label.
Please take care in packaging returned items. Flipbook Machine is not responsible for items damaged in transit due to improper or insufficient packaging.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace (for exchange) items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@flipbookmachine.com.
LOST/STOLEN/MISSING PACKAGES
Flipbook Machine is not responsible for lost/stolen/missing packages.
Customers must reach out to the carrier immediately before contacting us. Flipbook Machine will do everything they can to assist in locating your package.
On occasion, packages are picked up by others by mistake, stolen, or delivered to the wrong address. Please have your order shipped to a safe and reliable location.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE
We will happily replace any defective merchandise. Please contact us at info@flipbookmachine.com with your order number.
1-YEAR MANUFACTURING LIMITED WARRANTY
Flipbook Machine offers a one (1) year warranty against any manufacturing defects. If a manufacturing defect has been identified upon receipt of item, or develops under normal conditions of use, Flipbook Machine will repair or replace the damaged item, without charge.
It is extremely rare for the flipbook machine to develop any defects or wear. The internal mechanism and machine are very robust, and therefore can be counted on to last decades without issue.
